About this Project
In August of 2022, I worked with Hollinger Educational Consultants to create a spaced-practice course based on Project RESSPECT, a social skills curriculum they offer. I helped them identify instructional goals, and then followed the ADDIE process to create an eLearning course that ensured learners could successfully implement Project RESSPECT strategies in their work.

SOME HIGHLIGHTS
As part of a blended learning approach, each module supports a learning goal addressed during a live face-to-face training offered by my client, as well as expands on concepts taught through print materials.
Learners are provided with open-ended ways to respond to questions, which are accessible by the instructor via SCORM Cloud.
Key information is communicated through different stimuli. Research shows that varied stimuli, rather than learning styles, lead to better learning gains.
Succint animated visual aids expand to provide the learner with reminders of key information while on the job and can be downloaded for offline use.
On-the-field recordings are utilized to allow the learner to learn from the people who know Project RESSPECT best: the creators of the program. Annotations are provided to emphasize key points.
Tab interactions allow the learner to easily brush up on common errors when implementing Project RESSPECT strategies and learn how to fix them quickly.
